Epic Self Peptides ships to all provinces and territories within Canada. We currently do not offer international shipping.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmed payment during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm MST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or padded envelopes. There is no reference to Epic Self Peptides or the contents on the outside of the package. The return address shown is a neutral business address.
Peptides are shipped with appropriate cold packs where necessary to maintain integrity during transit.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. For tracking issues or missing packages, please contact our support team.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Epic Self Peptides is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
For security purposes, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the carrier will leave a notice for pickup at your local post office or depot.
