Given the specialized nature of research peptides — including temperature sensitivity, sterility requirements, and regulatory considerations — we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
All sales are considered final once an order has been shipped, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, orders enter our processing queue and cannot be cancelled.
